Distance Selling Terms

These distance selling terms apply to online purchases made through catalinatea.uk.

1. Seller and Buyer

Buyer: the customer who provides contact, billing and delivery details at checkout.

2. Product and Price Information

Main product characteristics, total price, delivery charges and payment options are displayed before checkout is completed. Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, Catalina Tea will confirm the order by email or another durable format. The order is accepted when payment is authorised or, for bank transfer orders, when the order is confirmed for processing.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Unless a different delivery time is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

5. Cancellation Right

For most online purchases, customers may cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us using the details above.

6. Returns After Cancellation

Customers should return goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.

7. Hygiene Exceptions

Opened or used tea, food, supplement and sealed hygiene-sensitive products may not be returnable where the seal has been broken after delivery, unless the item is faulty.
