Returns and Refunds Policy
Catalina Tea wants customers to be happy with their order. This policy explains returns and refunds for UK online orders.
Change of Mind Returns
For most online purchases, customers may tell us they want to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. Customers then have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging where possible. Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession.
Tea, Food, Supplements and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Opened or used tea, food, supplement and sealed hygiene-sensitive products cannot usually be returned after the seal is broken, unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until returned goods are received or evidence of return is provided before issuing a refund.
