Catalina Capsule

Catalina Capsule is a food supplement prepared for daily use. Each box contains a total of 30 capsules. It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day, 45 minutes before breakfast.

After taking the capsule, it is recommended to drink 2 glasses of water. After waiting 45 minutes without eating or drinking anything, you may have your breakfast.

Who Should Not Use Catalina Capsule?
This product is not recommended for people under 18 years old, individuals with heart or cardiovascular conditions, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, people undergoing cancer or chemotherapy treatment, individuals using strong antidepressant medication, and people with high insulin resistance or blood sugar-related concerns.

What Should You Pay Attention to While Using Catalina Capsule?
The product should be used at the same time each day as much as possible. It is recommended to use it in the morning before breakfast.

Do not interrupt the usage routine until the product is finished. Do not exceed the recommended usage instructions or take more than advised expecting a faster effect.

During the day, it is recommended to drink 1 glass of water, approximately 250 ml, every 40 minutes.
