Catalina Form Capsule with Sandaloz Extract is a food supplement designed for daily use. The product contains two different colored capsules: burgundy and white.

Directions for Use

The burgundy capsule should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach. After taking the burgundy capsule, drink 2 glasses of water and wait approximately 35 minutes before having breakfast.

The white capsule should be taken 1 hour before dinner. After taking the white capsule, drink 2 glasses of water and wait 1 hour before eating dinner.

Who Should Not Use Catalina Capsules?

This product is not recommended for people under 18 years old, individuals with heart or cardiovascular conditions, pregnant women or those who may be pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, people undergoing cancer or chemotherapy treatment, individuals using strong antidepressant medication, and people with high insulin resistance or blood sugar-related concerns.

What Should You Pay Attention to While Using Catalina Capsules?

The product should be used at the same time each day as much as possible. It should be used regularly without interruption until the product is finished.

Do not exceed the recommended usage instructions or take more than advised expecting a faster effect.

Pay attention to your daily water intake. It is recommended to drink 1 glass of water, approximately 250 ml, every 40 minutes during the day.
